Apparently, according to TMZ, Hulk Hogan made a request for CM Punk to come back to the WWE. It seems odd that Hogan would care, because, as far as I know they don't have any substantial interaction. My guess is that this is a way of having WWE publicly address CM Punk's situation without having any executives have to break silence on it. Therefore it does not look bad for them as the request is being made from an employee and not the front office.
